Ingredients
- 250g - Hung Curd
- 1/4 teaspoon - Cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon - Jeera Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon - Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon - Chopped Green Chillies
- 2 teaspoon - Chopped Onion
- 2 teaspoon - Green Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon - Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon - Sattu Powder
- 1 teaspoon - Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon - Chopped Ginger
- 1 teaspoon - Chopped Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon - Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 1 teaspoon - Kishmish
- 1/2 Bunch - Blanched & finely chopped spinach
- 1 /2 cup - Bread Crumbs
Preparation Method
- Take a bowl. Mix nuts and spinach with little salt and keep aside.
- Put bread crumbs in a flat tray or plate and keep aside.
- In another bowl put hung curd and all other ingredients, mix well with soft hand.
- Take a portion of curd mixture, make a pit in center and fill the nuts and spinach mixture.
- Shape the mixture into flat rounds and roll it on bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil on medium flame and put them for frying until golden brown on both the sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
- Enjoy soft delicious dahi kebabs.
- The kebabs are quite soft, so you have to handle them carefully.
