Ingredients
- Blanched spinach 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cups Corns
- 1/2 cup Zucchini copped
- 1 x cup cheese (shredded)
- 5 - 7 (crushed) garlic cloves
- 1 tbs Black pepper crushed
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbs Chopped onion
Preparation Method
Take a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Heat the pan grease with butter and pour the mixture with laddle, spread the batter.Once the crepe is golden brown,flip it and cook other side.
Heat the pan, put butter and add garlic. After few seconds, add onion and cook for a minute. Then add spinach, zucchini and corns.Cook for five minutes and then add cheese. Again cook till cheese melts,also add salt and pepper.Keep aside.
Assembling Crepes
- 1 tbs x Cheese sauce
- Tangy Tomato sauce
- Cheese (shredded for garnish)
- 1 tbs Chopped Parsley
Take crepes put vegetables filling.Roll all the crepes same way.Put all the crepes rolls in a baking dish. Sprinkle parsley, cheese and pour table spoon of each sauce over rolls. Bake it for 4 – 5 minutes in oven at 180 degrees. Serve cheesy n tasteful crepes.
