Chef Vinod B is one of the extremely talented chefs in India with extensive experience of more than two decades in culinary field working in India and abroad. He is the most exciting modern Indian chefs today, experimenting with the world cuisines, food flavors and taste palates. He is a creative chef, cooking specialist and perfectionist, ensuring high standards

Chef Vinod, currently associated with IKEA India Pvt Ltd as Range and Commercial Manager is responsible for planning and development of IKEA foods in India.

He started his carrier at the Taj group of hotels, New Delhi in 1993. Over the years, he has worked with various organizations of repute including his last assignment at the American Embassy in Delhi where he was working in the capacity of an Executive Chef.

Personally, I’m a humble person who loves to cook. When not spending time in the kitchen, you can find me doing sketching, going for long walks or spending time with my amazing family. I’m very much doing my own photography for the food I cook.

My basic thinking about food is to keep it real, not too expensive and healthy. Being real and looking at your tastes, lifestyle, and preferences is the only way to succeed in your preparation of food whether it is cooked for your loved ones or the people you cater.

I am always sharing fresh, seasonal, flavorful and healthy recipes that I love to make and eat. I also recommend everyone for using organic ingredients in their everyday cooking as it is rightly said “You are what you EAT”.
